Recreation Coordinator -- Full-time
Father
Martin's Ashley has a full-time opening for an experienced Recreation Coordinator/Personal Trainer. Candidates should have the ability to work in an inpatient setting and have good computer skills. Applicants need to have appropriate degrees/certifications and
experience in the field. ACSM/NSCA professional certifications
preferred.
Duties include: supervising patients involved in fitness and recreation programs, developing personal fitness plans for patients, coordinating weekly patient recreation activities, and maintaining facilities. Position is full-time
with benefits.
Clinical Supervisor -- Full-time
Father Martin's Ashley has a full-time opening for an experienced Clinical Supervisor. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in counseling or a related discipline with two years of clinical experience, including one year in chemical dependence. Candidates should be Maryland State certified as an alcohol and drug counselor or approved to supervise by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. Candidates should have the ability to work as a team member in an inpatient setting, have a thorough understanding of the 12-Step philosophy, and have good computer skills. Relapse counseling experience or relapse certification preferred, but not necessary.
Duties include: supervising assigned counseling staff, coordinating and developing the therapeutic program, maintaining relationships with referring EAPs, therapists, etc., providing psycho-educational presentations, and participating on committees. Position is full-time with benefits.
Addiction Counselor--Full-time, Weekdays
Father Martin's Ashley has a full-time opening for an experienced Addiction Counselor. Join our team of dedicated clinicians who help people change their lives. The counselor provides motivational counseling and assistance to patients and families in better understanding the disease process of alcoholism and chemical dependency. The job includes case management, clinical/therapeutic duties for individuals and groups, educational and motivational responsibilities, and clerical tasks.
Candidates should be Maryland state certified or eligible for certification and should have case management experience. Candidates should have the ability to work as a team member in an inpatient setting and have good computer skills. Relapse counseling experience or relapse certification preferred, but not necessary. Position is full-time, weekdays with benefits.
